These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ProductPose iOS application and website (collectively, the "Service"). Please read them carefully. By using ProductPose, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using ProductPose, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. ProductPose is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

3. Use of the Service

• You may only use the Service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You retain ownership of the images you upload but grant ProductPose a limited, non-exclusive license to process them for the purpose of generating AI-enhanced product images.
• You may not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the Service (including software, branding, and designs) remain the exclusive property of ProductPose. Using the Service does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights related to ProductPose.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

If premium features or subscriptions are offered in the future, payments will be processed securely through the App Store. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding availability, reliability, or suitability for your particular purpose.
